I'm buying a second car and need a second stall (my condo has none available). Does anyone have a secured parking spot they are not using that I could rent out? Preferably downtown/Yaletown but will entertain a spot within a 20 minute drive of downtown.

I need to be able to swap my cars whenever needed. Bonus if it has a wash bay available.

Also would consider a reasonably priced garage rental (or share one side of a garage). Would be nice to be to work on the cars for light jobs and maybe store some wheels/tires.
