I'm guessing there could be a few safety/liability concerns...

I used to work in stanley park, and those 30k roads....people rip on them a lot faster than 30k. I've seen tourists driving the wrong way past prospect point which is a one way road, going around a blind bend doing at least 50k. I could imagine a car ripping up the road, seeing you ahead, all of a sudden you slow down/stop with no brake lights and end up getting rear ended and killing everyone with you.

Give tours on a tandem bicycle.

An Uber like app would be great for it... but I wonder if that would attract a new tax and license on my life :p

Good idea about adding brake lights... for sure there would be safety concerns, maybe I'll need a video documented notice too :/
