So if you weren't aware yet...
There is a huge-ass rainstorm coming this weekend. An entire SUMMER'S WORTH!!! 80-140mm predicted.

Honest answer:
Based on the little I know about you, you're probably not ready to settle down despite the sudden switch from "I'm single, live in a Gastown loft and have a better lifestyle than you" to "I plant flowers in a detached home and now look down on those living around those Gastown crackheads."
Either way, this is your smartest option.
Choose A. Keep the one you like most as a person as well as the one you like most in bed. I imagine you would be pretty difficult for a good girl to settle down with considering your line of work amongst other things so if she bounces at least you have a great lay to make you happy.
If the one you like is also the best lay, YOU WIN.
