Have to email Logitech for the original cable or you can find a storefront or someone on Head-Fi to custom make one for you. I think I paid 100 for a custom one several years back.

I buy the cheap ones on eBay from China for ~$10-15US shipped. They only last maybe 1 year before I break them and need a new one. You can use ones with or without inline microphone, doesn't matter what your base model triplefi 10's are.
Didn't know anyone else still uses these ear buds lol...

Dug through my old emails.
I bought the ES2 cable from Jaben.net. They ship from SG, but they seem to have a bunch of stores all across Asia if you're going on vacation soon.
Can't seem to find it in their storefront anymore, but they have a bunch of other cables.
Jaben Online Store (http://jaben.net/shopping2/search.php?mode=search&page=1)
Give them an email.
