Used to happen once in a blue moon but seems to occur more frequently as time progresses. Any ideas? Already checked BIOS settings.

Not sure if related, but my computer had issues shutting down. You'd press shut down and it would just restart.

Turns out it is hybrid shut down messing around. Turned it off and all's good now..

Either that or... Aliens.

Unrelated, but seemed fitting. Posted this before, but here goes:

You got an intruder in your network that can control any PC it wants. Reformat all your PC's connected to that network and reset all your IP's. Do it now before it's too late!

May be a stupid idea, but is it not your mouse waking up your computer?

Small vibrations may be enough to "move" your mouse (especially if you have high DPI ones) to wake up the computer?

Try disable your internet connection before you go to bed or something, see if it happens even without an active connection; that way you can rule out wake-on-LAN.

Also, ignore ^.

creepy, better cover your webcam before you sleep.

Only happened once to me, but there was an update.
