Hey guys, I scraped my downpipe the other day and now my Tanabe VLS gauge is reading 0.01 - 0.02 too rich.

It was a stable 14.7 idle and 20.0 decel for the last year and minutes before scraping

Now it's reading a stable 14.6 and a 19.8

Any idea what might be causing a slightly rich reading?
I looked underneath and it seems fine and I also reset the battery which didn't help
The sensor is mounted on the top side of the downpipe so it couldn't of possibly hit the ground

it could have just been a coincidence.

i know with AEM afr guages as they get older they read closer and closer to 14.3

in my case i bottomed out pretty good and had actually bent the sensor and it read 14.3 after that

it could just need a clean or its getting old

also, it is getting colder now and that could throw off your afr's a bit
