Hello RS,

I've been a regular here for some time now and I'm calling on this community's help.

Few days ago my friend encouraged me to submit photos for a NY-based travel blog competition that asked for community-driven itineraries on BC. Originally I was just gonna upload some images and be done with but it ended up being a fun little project. I just made the finalists cut. I'm not a travel expert nor am I an outdoor junkie and I know many on here have more hidden gems that is more worthwhile to share but keep in mind this site's not just geared for locals so accessibility is just as important. I feel mine is the most comprehensive in terms of location, description and it also helps having a number of aerial shots.

Thanks man! It was fun to campaign for, but I didn't realize how stressful it could be; I actually got an ulcer during the month of January, probably related to the stress of trying to get votes. Who would have thought?

Well worth it though! Been a fun year, getting messages from people they still see the ad :)
