Tons of chinese companies who does it for super cheap. If you know your mom or dad who can read chinese, sing tao etc, has a huge page of cleaning and carpet cleaning at 1/2 the price.

they do all cleaning, inside outside, free estimates etc. 1/2 the price i usually pay at molly maid.

We have a friend who does cleaning in the Valley (Langley to Abbotsford), not sure how far into town she'll go... wife has her in for a few hours after every paycheck and loves her work (if you knew how picky my wife is, you'd know that just having Jessica back a second time is the highest praise).
