Question about Cloud Storage

Is there any Cloud Storage services where I can upload images and retrieve them with a url that stays constant? I just tried out Amazon's Cloud Drive and the URL keeps changing every few days (or is this suppose to happen?). Any advice?
Thanks!

It's for commercial use. Think it's against their TOS for what I intend to use it for (email newsletter). :(
Long story short, IT gave me a server that I think went kaput (outside world can't see anything in the server). Looking for a short term (possibly long term) solution until they get things up and running.

I use Photobucket. Photo and image hosting, free photo galleries, photo editing (http://WWW.PHOTOBUCKET.COM)

I would ask your IT if you can host it where your website is hosted.

If you use Dropbox, you can throw stuff in the Public folder, and you'll have a permanent public link available for them (providing you don't "reorganize" them).

I've been using google photos. There's even a section to manage shared links. Only downside is you can't direct link to an image. It goes to a landing page with a thumbnail. Goodside... unlimited storage.
