First owner, originally bought from Richmond Honda. black 2008 Honda Element SC.
5 speed transmission with 82XXX km's.
No accidents, no claims.
tires are at approx 35% front, 45% rear.

Recent service done including front brakes rotors + pad replacement, transmission fluid and oil change.
windshield has a crack that hides behind the rear view mirror so i never changed it, and the rear bumper has a license plate mark from someone bumping into it.
car drives and shifts perfectly.
