: aftermarket seats

Hi,

Is there any place you guys could recommend either in Victoria or Vancouver that have lots of aftermarket authentic seats (looking for recaro or bride only) in stock that I could sit in and eventually purchase of course. I'm worried, that if I just purchase something from the internet, it may not be very comfortable.

Not sure about Victoria, but in Vancouver there is only 1 place that I know of that stocks seats. Last time I was there, they only had a few Sparco and Corbeau seats.
Your best bet is to head down to Seattle.
There is a big shop down there that carries a lot of seats and has displays for you to sit in.

But I think they only stock OMP stuff?

Yes Driver's edge.
They have OMP, Sparco and may still have some Corbeau seats.

Not in Vancouver, but Cantrell Motorsport in Bellevue, WA has good in-store selection. Just keep in mind, USD will hurt your wallet.

Overseas auto has a few recaros there last I checked.

When were you there last?
I was there maybe 6 months ago and they had nothing but a few replicas.
They are good, but they are moving away from stocking stock and doing more online business.

It was like 2 years ago. They could have been reps for all I know though. They definitely said recaro on the headrest, although I know that doesn't mean much.

I'm looking at seats myself and from what i've found the closest place to test fit brides is in california. May as well hit up leguna seca while i'm down there :nyan:
