Advanced Windows and Mac OSX experience
Advanced hardware and software skills
Advanced experience with Mac and Windows imaging tools (Casper, Ghost)
Windows Server experience (2008, 2012, AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO)
Experience with inventory management tools
Networking experience
Extremely service-oriented
Experience with mentoring junior staff
Proactive and self-sufficient


Bonus (nice to have)
Linux experience
VMware
Cisco PBX
PowerShell
