Hey guys just wondering if anyone could recommend or share experience.
Got an iPhone with a broken screen. Digitizer works. Looking at most cost effective way to fix. Any local places. Or good sources for Parts? (I could do it myself)

Its a pretty straight forward change, and many DIY's on youtube. If its just the iPhone 5, I would also suggest changing the battery as they were a known defect that Apple offered after warranty replacements to the battery if there's no damage to the phone.
These guys are also a RS Vendor and i've used them before when my very first 3G iphone had a cracked screen.

Kids + naked phone, so ya I get cracked screens a lot. My wife usually brings my phones for repairs in the same building/complex as JP Cellular. Don't remember the name, but it was a mandarin speaking joint close to the food courts.
From what I recall, there was quite a bit of a difference when I was shopping for a repair quote for my N4. I needed some place to give me a ridiculous quote for insurance purposes and they did not disappoint. Did I mention that they charged me like $15 for sending an email quote? :fuckthatshit:
Just had a friend get their screen fixed by this place. Was the cheapest I could find:
Unlock City (http://www.unlockcity.ca/)
Cost $65 to fix the glass. I think I remember them saying $85 if you needed digitizer replaced as well.
