Didn't the new generation just roll out? Or was that a mid cycle refresh?

Ya I'm so sick of the Acura beak. I've liked most Acuras in the last while, EXCEPT the beak. Just ruins the car.

yeah it's only a few years old...guess it's not selling well...this upcoming one isn't a completely new design.

Still no panoramic roof!
They need to step their game up. A "luxury" suv like this should be standard or atleast have the option

and the interior looks Volvo-like...seems like a trend for Japanese interiors at this show (see GT-R)

The front continues to look messed up. I've lost faith in Honda's design.

whats with Honda going to fucking mini-van designs?
The Pilot used to be KINDA sporty.. kinda.. it still had an SUV image about it.. now it's a fucking mini Van
the MDX was even sportier, more of a luxury feel, competing with the body lines of the GL, X5, etc.
NOW IT"S A FUCKING MINI VAN... :rukidding:
Wow... am I the only one who wish they had kept the silver beak?
I mean... just when you thought Acura reached the absolute bottom in design with the beak, they replaced it with something uglier...

which is not a bad thing at all
I figured with lexus/acura trying to look sleekier will mean more European cues
meh I don't get the complaints...MDX was never a pretty car to begin with...just a fatter Honda Pilot

Well, it's based on the Odyssey's platform for one... Also, minivan designs are far more family friendly than the traditional SUV. I know the new Pilot is basically just a slightly redesigned Odyssey for people who are too stupid to look past the minivan stigma. And the MDX is basically just the luxury version of the Pilot, so...
