Anyone else in their late 20's early 30's noticing grey hair or is it just me? I thought grey-ing was for mid 40's?

Has anyone taken any multi vitamins or anything to slow down/stop the process?

I've had them since ~23-24. The gray-ification is increasing in rate, to the point where I think it will all be gray by 35.

Embrace it :ilied:

I started getting them when I was 22ish, but I was going through a crazy stressful/depressive time. (Not eating, exercising, or sleeping properly)

What I did notice is that since I kinda got my shit together and started exercising and eating better and started living generally happier and healthier, the greying stopped. The ones that have greyed stayed grey, but it doesn't seem like any new greys have popped up since then. So I'm pretty sure mine were stress-induced, and not genetic.

I keep my hair at more of an average length, so it hides pretty well.

Some grey hair is OK especially for men. Gives an air of wisdom and maturity. Good women want that. Plus, grey hair is a fact of life. I am going to look awkward if I start dyeing my hair all black again. I am not one who wants to pretend that I am a 25 to 35 year old guy. Does not make sense to me at all.

Buddy of mine has been having gray hair pretty much since he got into university. I started having them in my mid 20's as well.

Just learn to be grateful that you have gray / white hairs. I'll take them any day over having no hair.

p.s. Recently noticed that some beard have started going gray / white as well... Fxxk... :yuno:

I think some gray makes a man look more mature and gives him an air of experience and class.

The way I see it, getting out of a sweet car when you have some gray hair makes it more plausible that you earned it yourself and not with someone else's money ;-)
If you are going to get gray hair anyways, might as well focus on the positives

Late 20s here as well. I've had a few grey hairs since my teens, but I've noticed a lot more within the last 2-3 years.

Buy yourself a cane and some bifocals and start practicing your fist-shaking, gramps ;)

I got some greys in my mid-20s, probably stress-related. Since I quit my job, went back to school, and got a better job, I haven't noticed any new ones.

I don't really care, but my fiance loves to point it out (in a good way).

It's the ones that grow out of my nose that piss me off the most. Fuckers stick straight out! Got 2 in my chin hair now too. Both sides of my head are almost all grey but like stated, I would rather be grey than bald!

Berz out.

Gentlemen,

some ladies love the salt and pepper look. Yes there is a name for when men start to get grey. Before you turn into a silver fox, you get the salt and pepper.

31 and the beard is looking pretty salty lately. Not too concerned about it though. Like someone else said, I'm fine with grey as long as I don't go bald.

I've got a white patch on the right side of my head that started when I was about 20. 10 years later and it's spreading in size slowly, if you were to see me from a distance it looks kind of weird as its just one spot on my entire head, but I've even started to notice a white hair or two on my chin.
