For $350, I would get a nice AutoArt diecast 1/18 that has more detail than a pimple'd GT3RS

Pretty neat, but it looks like they might have made some custom parts for that kit which sort of ruins the point of making a car out of LEGO to me.

I got that NFS edition Megablox Porsche GT3-RS. It looks amazing compared to this...

But I may give in to this as well.
