CoD has been utter shit for years now. Once they made it like Halo it was done.
Battlefield is what I play now when I want to shoot stuff and this one looks interesting. More into the current/modern stuff but always enjoyed the WW games of past.

My biggest problem with all battlefield games is they suck at balancing guns. That is one of the things that is good about CoD. When a gun is seen as (justifiably) OP they adjust what they need to. I have high hopes for this game, but I'm guessing it'll feel like a ghost town after 2 months like most non CoD shooters.

Yah 6Mbps. I'm in a relatively new subdivision in Pemberton. Shaw is oversubscribed and Telus hasn't upgraded their infrastructure in donkey years. They are promising us Optik Fiber by end of next year but we'll see.

First impression on multiplayer.. around 5 hours played.
Maps have lots of varieties and they all seems to be pretty fun
Customization for vehicles is pretty cool.

The weapon kit is boring.
Customization is really lacking.
The game needs more different type of weapon. There seem to be only 4 guns per class. Each gun branch into 3 different type so it seems like there a lot of options.
Feels like they're keeping some weapon for DLC.

i kinda like the limiting of guns and having to save up your points to buy new ones, it isnt just a shit show everyone having every gun like other games

One bug i encounter however, I have the ps4 version so i'm not sure if this bug happen in the PC version. It seem that sometime after i revive my weapon frame is stuck. When i shoot there is no animation and the weapon is not bobbing up and down when running. I have to switch weapon and swtich back to fix this.

^ I've had a similar bug happen to me twice on the dessert map. I was revived on a hill and I think I spawned underground or something. I could see everything around me moving, but I wasnt able to wasd or move my mouse, but when I fired my bullet count was going down. Had to redeploy to get out of it.

You mean playing as the scout? Sniping seems easier in this game as theres much less bullet drop and the snipers seem to 1shot kill within 20-30m. My only gripe is the pistols kind of suck so you cant really defend yourself in CQC

To be honest WW1 pistols were very much in their infancy. I love how the reloads for the weapons are all different and unique compared to the modern style of hitting the mag release and inserting a new one.

Those gas grenades are super crazy powerful. Gives guys with automatic weapons too much of an advantage.

Game is fun, but not $80 fun.
$50 is okay if you have a few buddies to play with.

I would wait until some DLC comes out with more guns and vehicles.
