Hi, wondering if anyone knows why the lordco revscene account changed recently? i always use this account. don't need id or account number just mention revscene car club and your gtg. two weeks ago it worked just fine.

yesterday i tried to use it like normal but it wouldn't come up in the system. there was an account labeled "rev 3 car club" which they ended up letting me use. the account number for that one is 338593. i had never needed the number for the account previously. does anyone know what's up?

Did the salesperson simply type it in wrong? The account should be active (used it a couple months ago), though I don't know the actual #.

Which store? I used the account to look up something on Saturday and it worked just fine. I'll check tomorrow when I go to work, but it should be working.

Anyone know if princess auto has discounts similar to this one at lordco? Looking for an auto darkening welding helmet but would rather wait for a sale or see if there is a discount that I can use, or if there is a connection at a location.

I ended up going to work today to drop something off and someone changed the name of the account. 338593 is the account number for the RS account. It's been changed to rev 3 scene car for whatever reason. It's a cash account so any RS member can use it. It's easier to give the account number than to ask for the counterpeople to look it up.

edit: just exited the program completely and tried to search it up. still "revs 3 scene car" -(1:44pm)

edit - if you search for revscene by name it wont show up probably until tomorrow since its been modified, if you enter the acct # it shows up normally.

you're right. by number it shows up as revscene, but search comes as revs 3.
probably update tomorrow then
