Ask your doctor they will be able to tell you right away, yes circumcision isn't covered by MSP but if you require it for a medical condition later in life I believe it should be covered.

ive been considering this more n more myself. Only cus I was never taught to stretch my skin as I grew older so now in my mid 20's my foreskin doesn't retract like how it should. It's hard to clean overall and just feel unhygienic in general. Although in my case, I might be covered through msp. I tried cream through my doctor which I applied which was supposed to "thin" the skin so eventually it wouldn retract. Not sure how long I was supposed to do it but after 2 months it didn't feel like it was helping much
