Other driver drove away like nothing happened - I suspect you didn't think they hit you but they did. You're a 2009-2015 Pilot with some sort of cute sticker in the bottom right corner of your rear window.

I didn't get your plate number and couldn't flag you down but I got the plate number of the other driver and submitted a hit and run report to ICBC.

Yah, they have a submission form that you fill out. The fields for vehicle information are optional. I filled in as much as I could on it (missing the plate number for the Pilot).
