Supposedly, the angry person slammed on something which happened to be that tank top dudes car. Not sure why he walked into him like that though, but I would've been pissed too haha. "I was there and global news is distorting the facts.
The guy was "almost coming to blows with one of them who took offence" because he came out of his apartment in a fit of rage and randomly slammed on something, which happened to be his car. He instigated and this clip conveniently only shows the other guy walking into him."

People that were there said he came out all pissed off yelling and swearing at everyone and then approached the car and slammed his fist on it. That's why the guy in the tank top is all pissed off. You can see the white woman approaching them when they bump chests and said to stop it or she's going to call the cops and the guy is just like "CALL THE COPS!!! DON'T ARGUE WITH ME"
Dude needs to chill out. There's like 6 people on the grass and sitting on the ledge. The rest of them are just chilling on the sidewalk which is public property, so I don't know why the guy is getting so worked up.
