My name is Gary Yee. I am messaging you to caution you about John McIntyre (RCMP have advised me that it’s an alias) who owes me $7,500 which he has promised to pay me back for over three months. I have been chasing him without success. Excuse after excuse is all I get. He claimed to be "a man of his word" and "guaranteed" to pay me back. So far, I have not received a penny. I trusted him because he presented himself as a caring and trusting friend. I now feel I have been duped! On September 4, 2016, he wrote me a cheque on a closed account (see attached). That’s a criminal offense.
