Today the court of appeals upheld his conviction of perjury after he had appealed the charge citing, essentially, the other officers in question lied and got off so why can't he as well, yet more tax dollars spent on bringing this guy in and out of court.
Perjury conviction upheld for former Mountie linked to Dziekanski case - NEWS 1130 (http://www.news1130.com/2017/01/11/perjury-conviction-upheld-former-mountie-linked-dziekanski-case/)
The Dziekanski case is a whole massive can of worms and happened over 10 years ago with our tax dollars drawing out this peice of shits continued appeals and court dates.
However, I hope no one forgets that this fucking peice of trash killed a 21 year old kid on a motorcycle in an alleged impaired driving incident where he says he went home and drank before going back to the crash due to the stress?
Essentially got away with impaired vehicular homicide because of his standing as an RCMP officer, albeit a suspended one at the time I beleive.
*edit, upon further reading he's also tied up public resources in suing the RCMP for "ruining his career and not providing further funding for his legal aid in the tazering case..
People like this don't deserve forgiveness.
