The plans also include an adult-only hot tub, a "Vegas-stye" cabana program, an espresso and gelato bar and a VIP private viewing deck equipped with a DJ stand.

Might need to go for a visit when it reopens. Last time I went to Splash Down was probably nearly 10 years ago.

I haven't been back there in like 20 years. My friend said he went there a few years ago and it was gross, bandaids floating around and the tubes are not very exciting.

As part of the renovation are they going to add new tubes? They should make an indoor surfing attraction and adult's only slides that are more intense.

I agree with adult slides, that's why I like Cultus Lake Water Park more even though it's farther. The again I haven't been there in years either.

I think it's because it's on native land. You can't buy the property outright but you don't want to put money into improvements if not guaranteed to stay. In reality the lease will only last as long as the place is in business. Funny enough Cultas slides are also on native land.
