So I've seen so many people asking their friends to stand on their back because their back hurts so that they can crack it.
Has anyone tried doing this way? Is it too dangerous to attempt?
It's probably not the safest thing but stepping on somebody's back to crack isn't the safest thing either so...

I would try this first with a low acid diet (lots of fruits).. also those large rubber balls to balanace your back on could be good too.

Those giant red concrete balls that Target left behind in front of their stores work fucking great. No joke.
