do you guys have any recommendations for stores/websites for riding gear? just looking for the basics for now (helmet/jacket/gloves, etc)

good prices/selection is key

thanks!

Modern on 12th and Grandview. Put a package together - helmet, jacket, and gloves and they will give you the package deal. Love the moment when Aaron gives final presentation ...

:lawl:

"So the helmet goes for 300 jacket for 500 and gloves for 250 but we'll do everything for you for 199"

But seriously helpful guys there, actually help you to find the right gear for you in your budget.

+1 on modern. Got the bundle as well.

If you think riding is for you, go for gear that looks good and you'll wear for a while. Got great boots, just wish I got better gloves (Kevlar ones.)

It's yuge! Just wait for the big reveal and you'll take out your credit card and beg him to take your money.

No one can ever say, as everyones bundle is different. Depends on the brands and how much you buy. If your getting the $250 helmet dont expect as much off as $700 helmet.

Plus what the mark up is for each different item too, might have more room to work than others

there isn't a set discount. Aaron with take a few minutes to put everything together and give you a breakdown on price. Let's just say, I walked in inquiring on a one piece Alpinestar suit, front and back protector inserts and gloves, all for track. After Aaron gave me the price, I paid for it all on the spot that day lol.

if only they sold some dainese stuff. There's a slick looking brown dainese leather. *drool.

I'll have to check it out at Pacific.
