I have registered a domain at Namecheap for my dad.
He is a realtor and I want to help him redo his website
I want to find a hosting site that is easy to use and understand, has many site templates that I can choose to use that are suitable for a house selling site, and the price is reasonable.
Should I just get the hosting services from Namecheap, or are there better ones that you guys use and recommend?

Perfect timing, Hostgator is having their spring sale. 60% off! (http://www.revscene.net/offers/go.php?id=48)
I use them for my sites and it's really good

I'd recommend Squarespace if you don't know how to make websites, theirs is one of the easier ones to do it yourself. I think their designs are better than what you'd get for free wordpress templates.

Wix is good to. Squarespace and wix both offer domains for free or cheap if you buy a year of hosting. You can also try both for free and have the website for as long as you like, just no custom domain.

Digital Ocean with Cpanel or Wordpress setup is easiest.
and its like $5-$20 a month, for realtor site probably $5 will suffice

I have created a website for a nonprofit on WIX but am looking for information on hosting reliability before I choose them. A good friend of mine from seo company suggests Wordpress because it is better established. I am not eager to rebuild the website, but she has a very good point. Anybody have information on how reliable various sites are in their hosting and mail handling?
Stick with Wix. They are probable one of the bigger hosting companies. They have servers all over the world.
