My neighbors nanny bought a 2003 Jeep Liberty from them and said it was a great experience. I helped her through the process and warned her of unscrupulous dealers thinking this would have been one. Turns out they were very nice and accommodating with full disclosure. As always, do your due diligence with whatever vehicle you are looking at.

Place looks shady but he's super friendly and shows all the history he has on the car - whether he gets it from auction or as a trade. They aren't all gems but he doesn't hide it. I couldn't even haggle on the price much, after I saw what he paid and how much he was asking.

The 2 complaints where they didn't get an inspection?

I'm not defending the dealership but buyers need to do their due diligence.
