Hi there,
I have to sign into Revscene after every browser closure.
I'm not sure what's going on.
I'm using Chrome, but I've tried it on Safari and I get the same result (i'm using Mac OSX 10.12.5.
I will sign into my revscene account, then when I close the browser and I go to Revscene again, I am propted with my username and password. I check the box to remember me, but it still signs me out, everytime.
This has been going on for a few weeks now.
Any ideas for me?
Thanks

Make sure you go to https://www.revscene.net/forums (https not http)

edit:
Hmm. Is there a way to get a direct link to the offtopic area and the NSFW area?
When I copy the URL and bookmark it, it is still making me sign in again. =/

This has been happening to me too I thought it was just on my side.
Just checked its https and not http
Sometimes I would put in my username and pass, hit login and go back to square one again.
Not a huge deal, after 3 - 4 tries it works.

I've been having this same issue with Opera on Windows but not on my iPhone and iPad using Safari

Mac, Chrome, same. Although it has started to remember me the last two days. But it's been two+ weeks of signing in.

What page are you trying to log in from (they all have a login form)

Mine is the same. Have to re log in every time. Quite annoying. On Firefox.
Berz out.

I changed my speed dial link from http:// to https:// and I didn't have to log back in this morning. Hopefully that did it.

That should do it. It's supposed to forward automatically but that has messed up with our caching. If you are going straight there and still have to sign in each time, I would suggest deleting all revscene cookies and try again.
Otherwise I'll have to look into it again. Unfortunately it is hard since I can't replicate the issue on my side.

yah ive been having this same issue for the last 2 weeks, I thought it was just me lol. When I open the browser, it "shows" that I am signed out but when I click on a link, it says I am signed in...

I made a change that should force it to use https no matter what you enter
If it still asks you to sign in I would clear your cache and revscene cookies and see if it still happens

Yeah it SHOULD be working for everyone now
Sorry about the inconvenience. It happened to me too, but then I noticed my bookmark was still pointing to the old URL. For others, I assume something is being cached and sending the wrong info. With this update it won't matter anymore.
