Just bought a few knives at a great deal from zwilling.ca as everything was 50% off 2 weeks ago.

Returned some stuff from my wedding registry with the thinking of picking up only the 12" fry pan, ended up with the weeknight pan and the 4 quart pot as well lol :/

Also got the large pasta pot with two strainers as a gift so got that whole all-clad set going. Gotta learn how to cook with them now lol

So a weeknight pan is like a wok?

its like a sauce pan, high rounded sides good for sauteing etc.

i'm an amature at best when it comes to cooking but for the last few years i've been using a lagostina pan which isnt as rounded as the weeknight pan but it's been my primary pan for a long time so figured id replace it with somthing similar for sauces etc.
