Im looking do a DIY lamp using copper or black iron pipes. I am wondering if there are any local shops that might be worth checking out for better pricing? I see Lowes/HD carry them but their prices seem quite high, particularly for their black iron pipes.

Could ask iron worker shops,

or hvac / plumbing places see if they sell it off by it self?

Tell me how it goes! I been interested in making one too!

If you don't have an account at a local plumbing supplier (Emco, Wolseley, Sheret, BA Robinson, B&G, etc.) you'll probably end up paying more than Home Depot/Lowes/Rona
