Don't astronauts/pilots have to undergo rigorous medical checks and training before being subjected to the kinds of forces involved in something like this? I imagine you'd only have to go through it once and then get regular checkups to continue to use the program but still. The client base is down to those who can afford and safely handle such a trip, and who are wanting to travel at that particular time (since I'm guessing traffic will be low).
I'm also thinking the launch sites would need to be somewhat more remote, I doubt the US military will take kindly to what are basically missiles screaming towards major cities.
