Can I get some recommendation on how and where to take my car to fix the condensation issues? It is recent and I dont want this problem to be a bigger issue like frying my headlight bulbs and electric stuff.

2001 is300, no accident., its just old i think

yah.. i would remove the headlight modules and reseal . u dont have to take them apart... just reapply a fresh bead of automotive silicone. that's a start.

and maybe replace the rubber gasket thingies that secure your headlight bulbs.

get a small drill bit and drill tiny holes in the bottom of the glass part. it'll let the water drain and if you take it to a shop it's what the mechanic is gonna do but they'll charge you an hour of labour. It's what i did to a car this morning actually.

That's ghetto AF. I'd only do that if:
1) my lens or assembly was broken and didn't want water to pool up inside as i'm waiting/looking for parts
2) i was cheap as hell
3) the lens is cracked and I don't care because it's a beater

Even if you do drill the holes to drain water, there will ALWAYS be moisture inside because it'll never be sealed anymore

Like Acura604 said, use some RTV silicone and seal around the gaskets.

If you can, take out the unit, remove the electrical parts and fill it up with distilled water and see where the leak is.

Don't do that.

Like mentioned, it's a ghetto fix, and this "fix" has its own issues. If you get dirty water(rain by itself is acidic in nature) in there, it can eat away the chrome parts. Not good.

Sealing it properly is harder, but much better in a long run. I had a body shop seal my taillight gaskets(taillight condensation is a common RX-8 issue) for free. Never had moisture again in the rain.

Could just be the moist air, really.

Flush it with distilled water(no tap water, unless you want water spots) beforehand, then dry it out with a hairdryer. Remember to spread the heat evenly; you don't want to warp the plastic housing(don't ask me how I know this).

Sounds like a perfect time to upgrade your hid's to a projector retrofit since you will be resealing your headlights.
