From what I have read on here I should avoid Richmond Honda :)
A family member is looking for a 2018 Honda CRV with the Touring package. Does anyone know of a good Honda salesman?

No issues at Richmond Honda for me. The salesman just handed me the keys to whichever vehicle available I was interested in and told me to go test drives alone :fullofwin:

Why not just use something like Unhaggle and get the invoice price and work off that? Last time I was shopping, I just told the salesperson that I'm working off the Unhaggle invoice price and that I was prepared to pay 3% over. Some balked, others were fine with it. The Wolfe Mazda guy I was talking to even beat the 3% over.

We just bought a new CRV off Carl at Carter Honda. I would recommend. It’s the first new vehicle we ever bought and we didn’t manage to knock that much off the price (tossed in a $1200 set of winter tires). Other then that sticker price. I think we could have certainly done better but I was happy with the experience all around. 2017 CRV ex-l l, in October.

Rest assured you got a pretty good deal. He needs to pay the parts department the $1200 for tires so he's taking it off the profit of the car. If you didn't pay any expensive admin fees or bs charges i would say you got a pretty good deal.

I have been in communication with Donjalapeno from Westwood Honda regarding a possible purchase of a 2018 CRV Touring for a family member. The family member is just now deciding between the 2018 CRV and another SUV from another manufacturer. So far in my dealings with Donjalapeno he has been reasonable in his pricing and also great at communicating back to me whenever I have had a question.

Henry at Surrey Honda - he has been there since I was a kid. I got my Civic from him 6 years ago. Doesn't really bullshit around. Tough to get a deal from Honda depending on the car - especially a CRV since they are in high demand.
