Who does rust proofing in the **lower mainland**?
Looking to get a quality job done with quality products (like Eastwood).
Want a thorough cleaning, drying, sand/wire-wheel any surface rust, masking/taping, rust-proofing everything metal (internal and external frame, crossmembers, subframe, suspension, axles, skid plates, etc.). (Vehicle is a 2016 Tacoma.)
Any person/shop recommendations?

have you tried asking a truck place? for example https://nsor.com/

Yup. They just directed me to "your local autobody shop."
There are quite a few places around that will happily "spray bomb" the entire undercarriage with whatever product they sell, but I'm looking for something a lot more detail oriented and thorough.
There's a guy that does exactly what I want in Oroville, WA, but that's a 4.5hr drive one way, and I'd still need to leave the truck there for 3-4 days to get this job done. Not doable...

I'd recommend getting a shop to spray POR15 under that Taco. Ive used POR Metal Prep, POR15 Rust Proof, and then laid down some textured POR OEM Bedliner on my rock sliders and wow this stuff is incredibly tough its stupid.
Ive also heard of people using "Endura" paints as its the same stuff used on oil rigs

I like POR15, it's great stuff, but it requires very serious prep (including sandblasting the metal) for proper adhesion and durability. It's also not UV stable, so ideally you want to paint over it or cover it with a stable agent. Basically, tons of work that no one's going to do for anything resembling a reasonable price. :(
