Just about any local butcher shop should stock it. And if they don’t, they can easily bring it in for you

If you are interested in buying a whole cow I have a connection from 100 mile house. You get various cuts of meat and ground beef as well. Locally raised, grass fed. If you are interested pm me. I bought a quarter of a cow from them last year and cost approx 700 bucks.

Wish I was a little bit older so I could of learned from my grandpa(50+ years a butcher) to cut up a cow properly but something that big is a bit too intimidating for me.
I'm sure a bunch of butcher shops would be able to provide it but looking for someone that might have a source of good beef that isn't over priced.

Here you go bro, they got a Meat Club
Windsor Meat Club, Save over 50% On Meat | Windsor Meats, Vancouver Butchers (http://windsorqualitymeats.com/windsor-meat-club/)
They also have dry aged beef, which is pretty sick

Windsor Meats is really good. I don't eat beef so I don't know of their quality, but their pork chops, chicken, and sausages are always top notch. It's not cheap, but nice to have a quality butcher who can provide locally sourced meat, right in the middle of the city.

Just wondering if you guys buy large amounts like quarter cow, do you need a deep freezer? And about how long would that last you?
Right now id estimate we're spending about $40-70 a week on protein. Yearly, its about $2500 or more cuz of his competitions. We get mostly ground beef because thats what keeps well for his meal preps. He hates chicken thats been fridged after cooking so prefers to eat that freshly made at home.
