Aside from presents to friends and family let's hear what fellow RSers bought themselves this year.

I will start
a pair of raw denim (2 pairs of my Levis 501 around crotch area have holes in them and I didn't notice till now.....)
2 jackets
2 pairs of shoes since some of my runners are starting to break
Instant pot. That's actually the best Chirstmas present! Makes cooking so much easier and saves so much time! The instant pot easily tops the best Chirstmas present I gotten myself in the last few years.

it's like an 9 in 1 cooking device: pressure cooker, rice cooker, slow cooker and a few other things. there's also like user groups that share recipes lots are simple and easy to do. it's pretty easy to use to cook things. i have to admit among all of the useless appliances i've bought for the wife it's the one she actually uses. price wise it's similar if not cheaper (especially on sale) compared to some of the other appliances functions it does, so i assume that's why it's most popular. oh and it's a canadian product iirc

It was on sale like really cheap in Canadian tire for like $59 usually it like over $100. I got mine online for 89. It makes cooking a lot easier. Basically just throw in everything you want to cook in there, set the function and pressure (or time) close lid and it will cook for you. It even have a keep warm function for you.

So far I cook Pork Tenderloin, Butter Chicken, Chinese Braised Pork Belly Recipe, and tons of soup.

Spending Christmas w/ the inlaws this year since my parents hate me lol. Inlaws are a mix of white and Indonesian Dutch. I only bring up race becase Filipinos like my fam do White Elephant with practical gifts like grocery/gas gift cards for the adults so every year we only buy 1 generic gift capped at $25 and gifts for the small kids to save on $$ since our immediate family is 30+ lol.

What can we get for hubbys mom and sister? His moms having us on the 23rd.

Mom works as a care aide. Hubby tends to buy her shoes so I think he wants something diff this year. He's also recently bought her a jacket but I think its a Nike light windbreaker type.

Sister is my age but she's opposite of me - very trendy, lives dt, wines and dines out alot. Last year we got her a MAC gc but we didnt see her so we regifted it lol.

I think for moms bf & sisters bf we're just going to get them alcohol. Like those holiday boxed Crown Royal ones??? Is that ok??

No gift cards or shoes are my orders but any other suggestions would be great :)
