Hello, I was wondering if anyone know this specific meal prep service i had before, owner is a filipino dude from east van, with glasses? Tried his food services before and it was great, forgot his name and company :(

and anyone have recommendations ? so many fucking companies have vegan and this soyboy shit going on.... all healthy kate food prep stuff that doesn't look that great.

barely have time to cook anymore and find my habits a bit dirty the past year so any recommendations is great. No hipster recommendations like freshprep and Eat your cake

I do the meal prep here in vic. It works really well. Those days you do not want to cook or when you are like fuck it gonna go out and eat. I got the guy to do double protein for the same price when I buy a ton.

tried out vancouvermusclefood and movementfood, vanmuscle's portions were small however they tasted amazing, movementfood has a huge variety but some food was hit or miss.. shit was hella dry too lol
got recommended for meals2go but have yet to try it
