Here are some new pictures. I have a couple guys coming to take a lookin a couple of days. Most likely it'll be gone unless someone pics it up first. It's impossible to find an SMG M3 with low kms at this price, especially with all the common e46 problems solved far in advanced and regularly maintained for the last 7 years.
