Long story short ECU on my LX470 is not working . missing 5v signal for the throttle sensor.

I am wondering if there is any shop specialist to repair my broken ECU. or Transfer the programming from my ECU to a new remanufactured ECU?

Anyone used this type of repair in the past?

Not related to your question ..

but When my MAXIMA ECU blew up..
i bought a used one.. and it was hard because i needed to find one with the exact model i had..and options. ..

then i went to the dealer and re-programmed it for me.
