sometimes your bank may provide services at a discounted rate.

Make sure you have all your paper work in order etc prior to meeting with somone, fire insurance, proof of ownership, etc. etc.

I got mine done at the bank, same price as bcaa with the same coverage and overall a pretty easy process as well.

BCAA is pretty easy now (at least for apartments ) Just find a form online they ask a few simple questions and you are done.

I have a friend who is a broker as well, saved me about 15% vs BCAA and he will deal with any insurance claims on my behalf.
