Walking in the rain sucks hard enough. Been there done that being splashed by passing cars. This guy went full retard with the splashing. Fully deserved to be let go especially while in a company car on duty.

i've been splashed a couple of times in burnaby on kingsway by station square area. seems like a prime location for that to happen. seen it happen to others too.

his actions directly caused damage to property or he ended up hurting somebody. Other than that, the judge wouldn't buy it.
