My wife and I have a 3 year old Whirlpool dishwasher (model WDF760SADM0) that won’t drain. I’ve confirmed that there is no blockage in the drainage line and I’ve replaced the drainage pump but it’s still not draining. Any suggestions on what to do next beyond replacing it or calling a plumber?

No error codes that I can see. there is sound and vibrations coming from the area of the pump so it seems to be functioning.
