Looking for a place to eat Xiao Long bao in Richmond. Other than Dinesty and fancy places.

Also looking for more HK style cafes with mini set menus in Richmond (Pearl Castle, Copa Cafe, anything else?)

Prefer if 5-10 min from Aberdeen/Richmond center area.

there's a place in president plaza food fair hand makes them juicy buns

across from chef tony inside the plaza there's another joint that makes them also a food fair its the place that when you're walking in its facing the door you came through on the right.

Shanghai Wonderful across from Costco is my go to place when having family visit.
Or SHanghai Modern on 41st and West boulevard (yea i know not exactly close but you definitely need to try when you're in the area)

Second Floor on Garden city above HK Hot Pot is another good one, though i forgot the name

HK style cafes we've been hitting up:

Peaches (on alexandra across the pho place &wedding shop)
Amigo (beside Zodiac)
Kingspark

Memory Corner on Park I find is better for food than Pearl Castle

A bit farther than 10 minutes, but Mama's Dumplings in Ironwood is pretty legit for a small family run place.

There is a Burnaby Dinesty location, just at Willingdon & Kingsway. Close enough to East Van?

That's Wang's Shanghai Cuisine. My go-to for xlb. Their prices are amazing and the dumplings are phenomenal. I would say they are on par with the legendary Crystal Mall food court place but cheaper.
My overall rankings..
Wang's
Crystal Mall
Lansdowne R+H

Trying it out now as I post before heading to kids hockey
You order at counter and they give you a little pager to let you know to pick up your food
