That link is for Chinese Drywall, I've been around the industry since the early 90's there isn't one legit drywall supplier in the lower mainland that's ever sold Chinese Drywall. The odds of your home having Chinese Drywall in it are somewhere between slim and none.
There are two manufacturers and they pretty much have a monopoly on drywall in Canada, can't speak for the US.

haha the comments are indeed hilarious, people claiming there is a fire risk even though the assembly being destroyed is non combustible, they also claim rodents can get in and nest in insulation and finally poop smell might get trapped in the wall

From all the “professional drywall” EI duos I’ve dealt with I’d say yea, they don’t understand it lol
No one's stealing a parking space from that guy...

I'm presuming that modern condos are a new thing in India?
Are they used to just low rise concrete buildings?
This is bizarre.

They are not new but many people are not used to this type of construction. People moving from a village to a city and moving to the middle class have hot seen this type of construction.

How can he punch. How can he punch!??
Why do the commenters seem to think asbestos insulation is a good thing and that it's regularly used in residences across North America?

i didnt watch the video when i first commented but the funny thing is, that actually looks like a nicely detailed interior wall.
2 layers of drywall thats actually insulated in rocksol (almost purely for sound deadening) in a relatively slim wall. Some care and thought was actually put into the design and work and they just think its cheap because you can punch through it? lol

"It looks like the Lodha Company tried to copy the inside wall structure just like the walls constructed in Canada and America. However, those walls in the houses of North America are very sturdy and intricate. The walls in Loadha company's building project looks very shabby and weak. Moreover, the construction company has to research and certify if those walls are suitable for Indian atmosphere. Drainage pipes at the entrance is proof of poor quality design."
This comment. hahaha.
They tried to copy the design of the Canadian's and American's. But, they didn't do it properly.. FOOLS

I’ve done property claims where foreign tenants use the whole bathroom as a shower basin. You can imagine the carnage, especially if it’s in a condo with units below.
