I was actually wondering if it would have been considered offensive to go as Trudeau circa 2001 point Grey gala. I mean, technically it's not black face. It's Trudeau face

I'm probably ignorant AF but every time I seen a grown adult in a costume I'm silently thinking in my head what the fuck is wrong with you? The exception would be parents out and about taking their young kids out trick or treating.
In the office though? Fuck no.
i dont think you're ever too old for halloween. trick or treating yes, but just putting on a fun costume, why not have one day a year to let that happen? pretty much everyone enjoys seeing it.

I don't wear a costume most years myself... but every year I kind of wish I took the time to put a little something together. It's nice to not be so serious about everything once in awhile, that's how I look at it.

Our office of about 150 employees typically go all out on Halloween. We had departments go with all sorts of themes this year. From Stranger Things, Mario Kart, Price is Right and More. If you didnt participate you typically feel left out cause almost everyone participates.
Its all about the office environment. At our office everyone participates cause its fun and breaks the "work only" mood. Not only that but our company always pushes towards having positive and fun events. One thing our company has is a Spirit Committee, they always throw events and stuff like trivia nights or even karaoke nights.
donk.
