Anyone using water leak detectors in their condo or house? There are a bunch on amazon and other sites but I'm not sure which to go with. Seems like they're all battery powered so it might be annoying changing the batteries every couple of months but sure beats the chance of a huge leak taking out half the building.

We are moving into a new build condo in a couple of months.

You can give this a try. it only detects leaks but doesn't have the function to turn off the water though
