I wonder if this series has jumped the shark with the failure of Hobbes and Shaw. Guess we'll find out eventually. It might still be popular in China, although who knows when they'll be able to go to the movies again

Tokyo Drift was probably the last movie in the franchise that I actually enjoyed. The original is still easily the best. All the most recent stuff has been complete garbage, IMO.

Does anyone know if the Hobbs and Shaw movie tied in with the past story line? its the only F&F movie i never cared to watch but this movie has peaked my interest just cause of the nostalgia

Just when I thought these movies couldn't get any stupider they go and raise the bar. The first 4 were pretty good but after that it turned to garbage fast.

What I find particularly hilarious is the whole emphasis on some kind of family from #4 on, and they magically bring back dead people all the time, but 2 of the core characters from the first movie just disappeared with no explanation.

My biggest questions besides hans coming back is why Mia with dom in all this action? There is no fucking way u can convince me that Brian is a stay at home dad while Mia goes out with the bullets and cars

paul's own brother made announcement years ago he was doing it in honor of his brother for this one,i think their keeping it really short tho.


at this point in the F&F series i have to let my brain turn off,as much as i loved the realism for car racing in 1,2 and tokyo drift..,the writers have pretty much regarded cheesy action as their storyline now.
