The recall popped up a while ago, so most stuff should've been pulled by now. Everyone should subscribe to the CFIA email bulletins. You can pick what and where you're interested in which is quite helpful.

Know a few people who work for the massive warehouses (GFS, sisco etc whatever those are called now) they got the recalls right away a few weeks ago. This includes any processed product made with said onions. Quick reaction so I’d be surprised if it got wide spread
