I wonder what kinda tires it needs, I recall bugatti and koenigsegg was all limited by their tires and repeating that speed safely

Based on their website, tires are Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 for an off the shelf vehicle. Not sure what they used in this run, however.

245/35YR20 - FRONT
345/30YR20 - REAR

Not bad for an old fashioned pushrod engine.

Bugatti is going to unveil a new electric hypercar on October 28th as part of Rimac's ownership of Bugatti now.

This car looks sick! Perhaps this new Bugatti can beat the Tuatara in terms of top speed?

I haven't watched much of the explanations but it seems like it's fake?

Yea, I watched a few videos basically it's fake. If it took them 24 secs to travel the distance that was shown in the videos 1.44 miles according to geographic markers they were only traveling at around 220 mph. Also something about 6th gear at 7000rpm should only be up to 180 mph.

:suspicious:
is something else limiting the speed? It seems to have plenty of power to continue accelerating after reaching 331mph(532km/h)
It got there so effortlessly...
